The Product
What is the difference between SBMM AI Studio and SBMM Cloud?
SBMM AI Studio is a Windows application that does the work on your computer: research, planning, writing, review and export. SBMM Cloud is the account behind it - your plan, your article allowance, the computers you have signed in, your invoices and your updates - and it also runs the browser SEO tools.
Do I need my own Claude or ChatGPT account?
Yes - an account, not an API key. The app signs in through the Claude CLI or the ChatGPT Codex CLI on your machine, the same way you sign in to those tools yourself. That is why nothing here is charged per word: the generation is billed by your AI provider, on the plan you already have.
Which operating systems are supported?
Windows 10 and Windows 11, 64-bit. There is no macOS or Linux build, and we would rather say so than promise one.
Can I use it without an internet connection?
Your local projects stay open and readable offline. Starting an article always needs the server, because that is where the allowance is checked and the run is authorised.
Your Content And Privacy
Does my article content reach SBMM Cloud?
No. Projects, briefs, prompts, research, drafts and finished articles live in the app's storage on your computer. SBMM Cloud receives operational data only: the workflow, your app and engine versions, the state of the run, and a salted hash of the title rather than the title.
What does the crawler do, and from where?
When a run needs your site or a source, the crawl runs from your own computer and your own IP address, and it honours robots.txt. Sites that refuse are reported as refused; the run then asks you for material rather than inventing it.
Do you use my content to train a model?
We do not receive your content, so we cannot. What your own AI provider does under your subscription is governed by that provider's terms, which is one reason the choice of provider stays with you.
Plans, Computers And Runs
How many computers can I sign in?
One computer per plan to start with, and you can move that seat up to 3 times in 30 days. You remove a computer yourself from your account page, and the next one you approve takes the seat.
What happens when an article fails?
A run that never started releases its article immediately. A run that fails after it started is covered by 3 failed-article releases each calendar month. Beyond that, a failure after the work has begun is charged, because the work was done.
What if my computer crashes mid-article?
The run can be resumed on the same authorisation for 6 days, so a crash does not cost you an article and a resumed run is never charged twice.
Is the top plan unlimited?
No. Ultimate has the highest allowance of the four plans, and the exact number is on the pricing page. We do not describe any plan as unlimited.
Billing
Will my subscription renew automatically?
No. Plans are prepaid for a fixed term and nothing renews by itself. No card is kept on file, so there is no recurring charge to cancel - when the term ends, the account returns to the free plan until you buy again.
Do you store my card details?
No. Payment is taken on the payment provider's own page; card details never reach SBMM Cloud. We keep the record of the payment - amount, plan, reference and invoice - not the instrument.
Can I get a refund?
There is no automatic refund path in the product. Duplicate or incorrect charges are corrected, and other situations are reviewed individually. The refund and cancellation policy sets out exactly what is covered.
Is there a free trial of a paid plan?
There is a free plan rather than a trial: one article and one run of each SEO tool every month, for as long as you want it.
